Carly Brock
Carly has been attending Scott Milo gallery openings since the early days when her father, Joel, exhibited here. After receiving her BA in Painting from the University of Puget Sound, she spent time in Los Angeles and South Lake Tahoe gaining experience as a professional artist before moving back to Skagit Valley. She feels right at home at Scott Milo assisting with frame design, customer service, and celebrating the vibrant Pacific Northwest arts community.

Cindy Wilson
Cindy’s framing fundamentals began as an art student at Cal State Long Beach earning her BFA Degree. She started framing in Anacortes nearly 20 years ago. She learned the importance of conservation techniques early on. Her personal goal is to frame each piece of artwork as if it were her own.

Katherine Khile
Katherine has owned the shop and provided her personal touch designing picture frames and managing the art gallery for the past 31 years. She earned her BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Katherine enjoys providing excellent customer service and has created a regional art gallery that has weathered the decades supporting 100’s of professional artists from our area and filling homes with regional fine art.

George Mears
George has worked in the custom framing business for 30 years, having owned and operated very busy storefronts in different malls in Eastern Washington. He is experienced in taking treasured items and turning them into memoirs preserved for years of viewing enjoyment. George says his most valuable frame job is the one he is currently working on! George works in our cut and join shop, making each frame individually to provide the perfect frame for each piece of art.

Make it bold.
